*September 21, 2016 - Awesome news everyone!!! I am incredibly proud to announce that I have been nominated for a second award this year 2016! I have been nominated by the Canadian Folk Music Awards / Prix de musique folk canadienne in the category of "Young Performer of the Year / le prix de Jeune artiste de l'année" for my debut album How Beautiful We Are. I will be attending the Gala and awards ceremony in Toronto this December! I will also be attending the Toronto Independent Music Awards next Friday, September 30th, for my nomination in the "Best Folk or Roots" category! Congratulations to fellow nominees who were also nominated for the CFMA. I would like to thank the people from the CFMA for recognizing my music, it is a great honour! I had the opportunity of seeing some spectacular live performances and meeting so many great and talented individuals in Canadian Music including the legendary Bruce Cockburn. Though I did not receive an award, I am incredibly grateful and honored to have been nominated for Young Performer of the Year. Congratulations to all of this years nominees and recipients! A big thank you to the CFMA for giving me this wonderful experience and to my family for their continued support and for coming all the way to Toronto to share this special moment with me:)
